Ms. Winder is the nurse consultant serving developments managed by Elder Managed Care & Consulting, Inc. These services include chart reviews, research, and consultation.  In addition, she provides consultant services to two Assisted Living Facilities, which include ECC levels of care for Elder Managed Care & Consulting.  Ms. Winder previously worked for a large assisted living management company as the Southeast Regional Director of Operations. The region included 500 Assisted Living units, 200 Independent units and 364 Skilled beds in 7 facilities located in Largo, Clearwater and Naples, Florida, as well as a private Home Health Agency. She supervised a total of 700 employees in the region.
