Mr. West has twenty years of extensive experience in management and in the medical field. He has a comprehensive educational background in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. He is certified as an Assisted Living Administrator, a Nursing Home Administrator and Public Housing Manager. Mr. West was the Executive Director of the Moundsville Housing Authority in Moundsville, WV, from May 1993 until 2006. During his tenure he, along with Josie Ramirez’s company, implemented one of the first assisted living facilities in public housing, Helfer Pavilion.
