Ms. Ramirez is an experienced, certified ALF administrator with considerable experience in the fields of legal and financial management.  She has extensive experience in contract negotiation, housing technical assistance, research, financing and grant writing ($11.4 million in U.S. HUD monies.) She is a recognized expert and has lectured frequently in the area of multiple streams financing using federal funds, state programs, and Medicaid waivers. She has extensive experience of all aging services, including Medicaid, ALFs, protective services and placement, Optional State Supplement plans, Assistive Care Services, C.A.R.E.S., Older American Act monies and programs, Home and Community Waiver and Assisted Living Waiver. She is the architect behind four (4) Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s “Coming Home” Program affordable assisted living projects in the State of Florida.
