Mr. Young performs site manager supervision for Elder Managed Care & Consulting, Inc. He has extensive experience and certifications in the management of public/multi-family properties and assisted housing.  He has been a regional property manager for a 203K unit multi-family portfolio and assisted housing in a large metropolitan area, supervising personnel and managing a multi-million dollar budget. He has extensive experience as a regional manager for mortgage in possession (MIP) multi-family properties existing in five communities in multiple states.  He has implemented a relocation of residents’ plan in public housing. He has worked as a mediator in public housing in central Florida, and he is certified as a public housing manager for properties in Miami, Florida.
