Ms. Stewart has worked with Elder Managed Care & Consulting since 2003. Ms. Stewart is an expert in the development of affordable housing for the elderly and disabled. She worked with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, Tallahassee Florida (2001-2003) as a Program Manager, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Coming Home Program Oversight and management of a grant initiative to create affordable assisted living facilities in rural communities.
