Elder Managed Care & Consulting, Inc.

Elder Managed Care & Consulting, Inc.’s (EMCC) principal, as project co-director, developed a unique model of vertical integration to create the first assisted living facility within public housing in the nation in 1996.  This building is eight stories high and contains over 100 residential units. Located in Miami, Florida, Helen Sawyer Plaza is owned by Miami-Dade Housing Agency and is currently managed by Miami-Dade County.
