Elder Managed Care & Consulting, Inc. co-wrote a successful grant for this HUD Section 202 Conversion to an assisted living facility. This project was awarded $6.7 million (the largest single recipient in the nation) to convert 35 of the units to a licensed assisted living facility. Elder Managed Care & Consulting, Inc. was contracted to manage the property in a unique arrangement with the current senior housing management company.
